Breakfast with Da Marta Catarino, Immediate Past President of ASTP Proton

Within the days that we hold in the framework of the UPM-Clarke Chair, Modet & Co Spain, we invite you to this Colloquium-Breakfast to be held next Wednesday, November 15 at 9:30 and whose guest speaker will be Da Marta Catarino, Inmediate Past President of ASTP Proton. ASTP Proton is the result of the merger of the two main European networks of technology and knowledge transfer, whose objective is to be the axis to drive innovation as a means of creating value for European society.

Marta Catarino is the Director of the Technology Transfer Office of University of Minho – TecMinho, where she manages a team of 12 experienced professionals in 3 business units: Industrial Property Management, Technology Commercialization and Entrepreneurship. With an academic background in Engineering and post-grad studies in Industrial Property, Marketing and Strategic Management, Marta has been working as a Tech Transfer professional for more than 10 years.

Since 2011 Marta was a Board Member of Proton Europe, actively promoted the merger with ASTP, and has been a Board Member of ASTP-Proton since 2013. Marta elected President of ASTP-Proton, the European Knowledge Transfer Association, since May 2016.

The duration will be a maximum of an hour and a half including the time for the colloquium. Although the day starts at 9:30h, from 9:00h we will be with the speaker having a coffee in the same room, so if you want to join it will be a pleasure.
