Working breakfast: Updating at the PII

On March 14, a breakfast-talk took place at the Clarke Modet & Inc Offices where the topic was discussed “Updating in the PII”. The aim of breakfast was to briefly review the most relevant developments in the world of industrial and intellectual property during 2012. There was talk, among other things, of the Unitary Patent, HHP status in the USA and other countries; new patent procedure in Spain; developments in the US Patents Act; Patent Scope; particularities in China; novelties in the community brand…
The talk was widely accepted, mainly attended by OTRIs technicians, responsible for the management of IIIs. Its duration was 2 hours, and was taught by technical specialists from Clarke, Modet & Co.
